At Munchbird, we stand by our products and offer an unlimited satisfaction guarantee on all our dog treats. If for any reason you or your pet are not fully satisfied, there is no time limit to request a refund. Simply contact us at happy@munchbird.com to initiate and process your refund..

Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, weโ€™ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping method:

MunchBird primarily utilizes USPS for shipping. Larger orders may be shipped via a common carrier, and in such cases, we'll provide a freight quote, which you can cancel if not satisfactory. MunchBird strives to offer the lowest shipping prices available.

For shipments to PO BOX or military addresses, USPS will be used. All packages come with tracking information for confirmation of delivery.
